To submit a request for your choice of OTHER from any shirt design page, please enter information in appropriate box.
- Name
- Band Name or Car Model – depending on what Design is selected.
- Year OR Number – depending on what Design is selected.
- Order Number
In the body of the email, advise:
* Shirt design requested. For example: Classic Concerts - I May Be Old But Remember One Thing
* Type of shirt. For example: Hoodie
* Shirt colour and size. For example: Sport Grey XL
Additional information needed for a Classic Car order.
* Image desired. For example: Angled View
* Car Colour. For example: Gold Mist
